Welcome to PilotoMail, a mail management platform for mail operators. Your PilotoMail space is where you can activate mailboxes for new renters, keep track of renter's mail, upload and assign incoming mail to virtual mailboxes, fulfill action requests, and check out mail.

Sidebar
From the sidebar, you can access your virtual mailroom in PilotoMail. You'll see all the uploaded Mail and each piece's trail, manage Requests submitted by users, verify the status of your renter's Mailboxes, and keep track of billing under Invoices.
π¨ Mail
All your mail and its trail history are found under Mail.
Use the navigation bar to go back and forth between Unassigned, Assigned, and all the mail you've uploaded to PilotoMail. Tap Filters to view mail based on its current state (such as open & scan) and the search bar to browse by company name or PMB.
The icons in the main view provide quick access to take action on individual mail items. Use them to assign mail to a mailbox, mark mail as picked up, or delete it.
Switch between Grid and List view to make seeing mail or scrolling through them easier.
To see a mail's details and trail, click the mail ID. From here, you can assign mail to a renter, reassign mail, or move it to another space.

β‘οΈ Requests
Keep track of all incoming action requests submitted by renters and completed requests fulfilled by a mail operator. Use the navigation bar to go back and forth between Pending, Completed, and All Requests.
You can also filter your view by requests submitted by users. For example, to view only the requests to have mail scanned, head over to Pending and click the quick-access shortcut for Open & Scan.
Click a request ID to see the details and either cancel or fulfill a request submitted by a mail manager.

π« Mailboxes
From Mailboxes, you can manage mailboxes registered in your space.
Click the PMB number to see a mailbox's details, such as its address and mailbox managers, plus invite new managers, recipients, and pickup staff. You can also edit and deactivate a mailbox.
From Mailboxes, you can create a new mailbox. The icons in the main view provide quick access to a mailbox's invoices and mail. There is also a switch to activate and deactivate the mailbox.
π§Ύ Invoices
Manage mailbox billing in Invoices.
Access a mailbox's monthly invoice, check payment status, and bulk download invoices in a CSV file.
Review mailbox charges and mark the invoice as paid.
π’ Spaces
To add and manage your spaces, π’ click Spaces. You can also update a space's name and address and keep a tally of active mailboxes per space.
πͺ Renters
Find Renters' contact information and easily view all their mail. If a renter has multiple mailboxes, here's a good place to start.
You can also update your renter's details and manually upload their IDs to complete the compliance process.
