Invite a new mailbox renter by adding a new mailbox.

Inviting a new mailbox renter to your space? Start by creating a mailbox and assigning it to the renter.

Create A New Mailbox


With the information entered to create a mailbox, PilotoMail will send an invite to the mail manager's email and fill out the renter's CMRA Form 1583.

  1. Click Mailboxes on the left sidebar.

  2. Click the button New Mailbox.

  3. To create a custom ID for the mailbox, check the box next to β˜‘οΈŽ Custom Mailbox ID and add your preferred PMB number.

  4. Select respective plan offering from the drop-down menu.

  5. Enter the renter's information.

  6. Tap Create Mailbox.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you choose to create your own PMB system, check the box next to β˜‘οΈŽ Custom Mailbox ID and add your preferred PMB number. If not, skip this section as the Mailbox ID (also the PMB number) will be automatically generated by PilotoMail.

Activate a Mailbox


To activate a mailbox, the mailbox manager must accept the invitation sent to their email registered in PilotoMail. If they are having issues accessing their mailbox, you can check if they activated their mailbox via the invitation and if they are using the email tied to the account to log in.

  1. Click Mailboxes on the sidebar.

  2. On the search bar, enter the company name, email, or PMB.

  3. Click the PMB number to open the mailbox profile.

  4. From the profile, scroll to verify the mailbox manager's email.

  5. Under the subheader Pending Manager Invitations, check for pending invites.

  6. Resend or revoke a pending invitation if necessary.
