You got a new virtual mailbox. Now what? Let's start by activating your assigned mailbox.
Register As A User
From your email inbox, open the mailbox invitation from your mail operator. You can also search for any correspondence by email@example.com.
In the email, click Activate Your Account.
Start creating your renter account by completing the information required.
Complete your residential address information.
Click Sign Up.
📌 Note: To access your mailbox, accept the email invitation first. No mailbox will be associated with your account until the mailbox invitation is accepted and the renter account is created.
🎯 Troubleshooting: Can't find your invite? Check your spam/junk folder or promotions folder.
Signing In Again
From your browser, enter your mailbox renter URL.
📌 We recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
Enter your login credentials: email address and password.
Click Sign In.
If an error appears, check that you are using your correct login information or reset your password by clicking Forgot password.
📌 Note: If you can't find your renter URL, ask your mail operator for the access link, or you can always find it at the bottom of your mailbox invitation or any email notification from PilotoMail where it says Virtual Mailbox URL.
