So you've got mail at your space, now what? Snap a pic of each mailpiece from your PilotoMail Ops app to upload to your operator platform and start the tracking process of all mail that arrives at your space.
How to Upload
From your PilotoMail Ops app:
To get started, have the PilotoMail admin mobile app open and ready to go.
Tap the π· camera icon to open the camera.
Align the camera to the mail's front cover so that it shows the postal shipping label and sender address.
Tap the π· camera icon to take the picture and upload it to PilotoMail.
Tap the β icon to discard the picture and retake it if unsure.
πͺ Note: Make sure it shows all relevant information, including the postal shipping label and sender. This will help you assign mail correctly.
From your desktop:
To get started, take a picture or scan the mail's front cover and upload the image files to your computer. From your space's operator dashboard,
Select βοΈ Mail on the left sidebar.
Click the Upload Mail button to open your system windows.
Select the image files you want to upload.
Click Open to upload.
πͺ Tip: Avoid cropping the Postnet barcode. The barcode is a series of tall and short bars that are printed on a mailpiece. It is unique to each mailpiece and can help you avoid mistakes when you receive almost identical envelopes.
