Uploaded Mail to a Space by Mistake

Learn how to move mail from one space to another.

As a mail operator with more than one location, you may have uploaded mail to one space, but your renter is in another location. Follow along to learn how to move it to the correct space to assign.

Move Mail to Another Space


From your desktop, log in to the space you just uploaded the mail.

  1. Select βœ‰οΈ Mail from the sidebar.

  2. Click the mail ID of the mailpiece to open its profile window.

  3. Click the 𐄛 three-dot icon.

  4. Select Move.

  5. From the dropdown menu, choose the space to move the piece of mail.

  6. Click the Move button.

Your space could also receive mail for a mailbox that has been canceled or is inactive. If you'd prefer to remove it from PilotoMail:

  1. Under Mail, look for the mail piece. Use filters to speed up the search.

  2. Click the πŸ—‘ trash icon.
