After submitting a request for their mail to be scanned a user receives the document, they can download it as a PDF for their records.
Getting Your Mail Scans
To download the front image:
Tap the front image of the mailpiece.
To download, click the ⇩ downward arrow icon.
To open in a new window, click the ⇱ new tab icon.
To download the mail scans:
Open your mailbox.
Scroll to the mailpiece or Filter By Status for open & scan.
Tap the image or Mail ID of the mailpiece.
On the side view window, scroll to Mail Scans.
Click the content's image.
To download, click the ⇩ downward arrow icon.
To open in a new window, click the ⇱ new tab icon.
