Our PilotoMail Ops app (for iOS, Android) allows virtual mailbox operators to easily digitize and assign physical mail to a virtual mailbox from their phones.
Download the PilotoMail Ops App
For iPhone or iPad
Find PilotoMail Ops in the App Store.
Tap Get to download the app.
Once the app has finished downloading, tap Open from the App Store to launch the app.
For Android
Before downloading the app, make sure you have Google Play Services on your device.
Find PilotoMail Ops in the Google Play Store.
Tap Install to download the app.
Tap the PilotoMail Ops icon to launch the app.
Sign in to Your Space as Tenant Owner
Once you’ve installed the PilotoMail Ops app, you can sign in to your space. If you're not a tenant owner yet, ask the primary administrator to invite you to the team.
How It Works
As incoming mail arrives, you can take a picture of every piece of mail by tapping on the camera icon. Upload or discard the image after you take the picture.
After uploading the picture of the mail, you can assign one or bulk of mail items to a renter by tapping the checkboxes below the pictures.
