As a mailbox manager or recipient you can submit action requests for your mail, such as open and scan, forward, recycle, shred, or leave at office.

How To Submit Action Requests
Main View
Scroll to the mailpiece.
Tap the Mail ID of the mailpiece.
On the right window, click the⚡️ lightning icon.
Select between the action requests available.
Choose or enter any additional information depending on the request.
For example, for forwarding requests, choose the preferred forwarding address, mail provider for the delivery, and service.
Click Submit Request.
Grid View
Scroll to the mailpiece.
Tap the image of the mailpiece.
Click the⚡️ lightning icon.
Select between the action requests available.
Choose or enter any additional information depending on the request.
