Let's say a renter submitted an open and scan request. You opened a renter's mail, scanned its contents, but uploaded the incorrect documents to the mailbox? It's an easy fix.
If this happens, you can easily delete it from the mail's profile.
Removing Scanned Mail Contents
While on a mail's profile,
Scroll up to Upload Files.
Find the scanned contents under Mail Scans.
To delete, click the notification badge β at the corner of the scanned content.
π Note: You can delete a mail's scanned contents after you click Mark As Completed. Make sure to upload the correct contents again, if not a user will find a completed scan request without the scanned contents.
