Why your mailbox is going virtual
You can now view and manage your mail from anywhere in the world and keep a record of it. Everything you receive at [add your space name] is uploaded as a picture and ready for you to take action. Request to have a piece of mail scanned or forwarded, your packages ready for pickup, or a check deposited.
Features to watch out for
Manage users seamlessly: Designate Authorized Recipients to receive mail at [add your space name] and Authorized Staff to pick up mail for one or more mailboxes.
Multiple mailbox view: Toggle between different mailboxes for different companies.
Easy compliance: The platform auto-fills CMRA forms with your information. It also allows you to easily upload IDs to your account.
How to get started
Step 1: Standby for an email invitation from no-reply@pilotomail.com.
Step 2: Select Accept Invitation and register your mailbox.
Step 3: Complete the ID verification process to give us permission to accept your mail.
