As your renters accept their invite to their mailbox, they may be asking how to easily check their mailbox for mail. We recommend adding a button on your website or community board for quick access.
In the meantime, share the following tips with your renter. Substitute the placeholder {tenantNameHere} with your tenant name.
To login to your mailbox, visit https://app.pilotomail.com/{tenantNameHere}/login.
With an active mailbox account, you’ll automatically receive updates about your incoming mail to your email.
If you are unsure of your tenant name or can't find your access link to log in to your PilotoMail account, ask support to get your official tenant name.
🎯 Troubleshoot: If a renter is having issues login into their mailbox, have them reset their password.
