PilotoMail's ID Validator flow is the fastest way to complete your compliance process. This process will require two photo IDs with one containing an address.
🚨 Mail managers and authorized recipients receiving mail at your location would need to follow the ID verification process as per USPS regulations.

📌 Note: Our automated ID Verification Process can only be completed with IDs that include a photograph. If you only have one photo ID, you can verify that photo ID with PilotoMail's ID validator, then for the 2nd ID, you can provide another type of document from the list of acceptable IDs, which you can find here.
Click Finish Compliance.
Go to Identification 1 and click Verify ID. Then click Verify ID with Stripe.
The system will take a photo of your ID, front and back, if applicable. You'll have to place the front of your ID in the rectangle to scan. After you are prompted, scan the back of your ID.
Then, you'll be asked to take a couple of pictures of your face. Be ready, it's fast!
The system will submit the information for verification.
Follow steps 2 & 3 for Identification 2. The second ID needs to contain an address. Find here a list of acceptable IDs.
📌 Note: Make sure to have your ID on a flat surface and avoid direct light as it can reflect on your ID.
Sign the CMRA form electronically through the platform.
After you’ve verified your 2 IDs, review your 1583 form and click Next.
Add your signature in the box below Sign Here and click Sign and Submit.
🎉 That's it! You have finished compliance.
