Do you need to manually add your renters' payment method? First, make sure that you are integrated with Stripe. For more information on how to integrate with Stripe, click here.
Manually Add Payment Method
Go to Mailboxes.
Click on the renter's mailbox.
On the window, where it says Payment Method, click on Add Payment Method.
On the pop-up, input the payment information and click Add Credit Card.
