Remove, add, and edit your payment information right from your PilotoMail account. Find below how.
🚨This varies by operator. If the Billing tab doesn't show in your User Profile options, ask your operator in which platform you can manage payment information
Remove Payment Method
Log in to your mailbox and go to the User Profile icon 👤 at the top-right corner.
On the drop-down, click Billing.
Go to Payment Method and click Change Payment Method.
On the payment method you want to remove, go to the end, click the More Options icon ︙, and click Delete.
📌 Before removing your old payment method, you need to make your new payment method your default option. Go to Changing Default Payment Method below to learn how.
Add New Payment Method
Log in to your mailbox and go to the User Profile icon 👤 at the top-right corner.
On the drop-down, click Billing.
Go to Payment Method and click Change Payment Method.
Click on Add Payment Method.
Input the information for your new payment method and click Add Credit Card.
Changing Default Payment Method
Log in to your mailbox and go to the User Profile icon 👤 at the top-right corner.
On the drop-down, click Billing.
Go to Payment Method and click Change Payment Method.
On the new payment method, go to the end, click on the More Options icon ︙, and click Make Default.
