To finish migrating your current members in OfficeRnD, you need to link them with their corresponding PilotoMail mailboxes. Follow the steps below to complete the migration of your current OfficeRnD members.

Link OfficeRnD accounts to PilotoMail mailboxes.
Before linking the companies, make sure to upload your members to PilotoMail, find here how. After uploading, link the OfficeRnD company with their PilotoMail mailbox.
Go to the Mailboxes tab in your PilotoMail account.
Click on the PMB number of the mailbox you want to link.
On the side window, click in the Select Company dropdown where it says Link with Office RnD Company.
Type in the name of the company you want to link from OfficeRnD to the PilotoMail mailbox. You can also search by email address.
