Deactivating a renter's mailbox in PilotoMail means that the renter won't be able to make any requests in regard to their mail, but they will still see their previously uploaded mail.
Deactivate a Mailbox
From the sidebar, go to Mailboxes.
Once there, go to the mailbox you want to deactivate.
On the mailbox information window, go to the More Options icon beside the mailbox name.
In the drop-down menu, click Deactivate.
Schedule a Mailbox Deactivation
From the sidebar, go to Mailboxes.
Go to the mailbox you want to deactivate.
On the mailbox information window, go to the More Options icon beside the mailbox name.
In the drop-down menu, click Schedule Deactivation.
Select the date you want the mailbox to be deactivated.
Deactivating a Mailbox with OfficeRnD Integration
If you are integrated with OfficeRnD, a renter's mailbox will automatically deactivate when you cancel their membership in OfficeRnD.
