Every operator has a unique URL to access their PilotoMail platform. This link is created according to the company/space name you used while filling out your order form. You can find your login links in your Operator Invitation or by going to the Operator's Platform.
Operator Invitation
Go to your email and open the Operator Invitation sent by no-reply@pilotomail.com.
Under the PilotoMail logo, click Team URL for your operator link and Virtual Mailbox Renters URL for the link for your renters. Each link will take you directly to the log-in page for each respective platform.
Bookmark each for easy access!
Operator's Platform
Go to app.pilotomail.com, then where it says Organization/Company put your company name.
On the log-in page, look up, your operator URL is the one in the address bar!
📌 Note: The renter login URL is the same as the operator URL but without the /admin.
