We've got some exciting news for you! We're happy to announce that we've given your mailbox a virtual makeover! This means that you can now access and manage your mail from anywhere in the world and keep track of it.
All your mail received at [add your space name] will be uploaded as a picture and ready for you to take action. Whether you want to have a piece of mail scanned, forwarded, your packages ready for pickup, or a check deposited [Edit offerings as you wish], you can do it all easily and conveniently through your virtual mailbox.
Here are some features to look out for:
Manage users seamlessly: Designate Authorized Recipients to receive mail at [add your space name] and Authorized Staff to pick up mail for one or more mailboxes.
Multiple mailbox view: Toggle between different mailboxes for different companies.
Easy compliance: The platform auto-fills CMRA forms with your information. It also allows you to easily upload IDs to your account.
Getting started is easy:
Step 1: Keep an eye out for an email invitation from no-reply@pilotomail.com. If you can't find it on your inbox, check you promotions and spam folders.
Step 2: Click on "Accept Invitation" and register your mailbox.
Step 3: Complete the ID verification process to give us permission to accept your mail.
