Troubleshooting steps to receive notifications from PilotoMail.

Emails from PilotoMail are designed to keep you informed of incoming mail and completed requests.

Not receiving emails from PilotoMail? We've gathered some troubleshooting tips to help you find invitations to join a mailbox and email notifications.

Troubleshoot specific emails


Ask the operator to confirm that your invite was sent with the correct email address. They can always send a new invitation.

Allow emails from PilotoMail


Ask your IT team if your email system is flagging PilotoMail emails. They may want to check that emails from no-reply@pilotomail.com aren't being blocked.

Check spam folder and other email filters


Check your spam or junk folder, as well as any inbox filters, just in case emails from PilotoMail are being sent there by mistake.

  • In the Search mail bar, enter a unique word or phrase such as your company name or PilotoMail. Move it to Inbox when found.

  • Search the Spam, Trash, and All Mail folders for emails. Also, search the Social, Promotions, and Updates tabs.

  • Add the PilotoMail email address or domain to your list of safe senders.
