A mailbox renter and manager can invite additional managers, authorized recipients to receive mail at the mailbox, and staff to simply pick up their mail.
Inviting Managers or Recipients to your Mailbox
To invite a Mailbox Manager or Mailbox Recipient:
Go to the π€ User Profile icon in the top right corner.
On the dropdown, click the βοΈ Settings.
Go to the Mail Managers or Mail Recipients tab.
Enter the email address of the user in the space provided.
Tap enter or return on your keyboard to send.
Resend or revoke invitation:
On the Mailbox Managers or Mail Recipients tab, go to the email address of the user under Pending Manager Invitations or Pending Recipient Invitations.
Click the βοΈ paper plane icon to resend the invitation.
Click the π« denied icon to revoke the invitation.
Inviting Pickup Staff to your Mailbox
To invite a Mailbox Manager or Mailbox Recipient:
Go to the π€ User Profile icon in the top right corner.
On the dropdown, click the βοΈ Settings.
Go to Mail Pickup Staff.
Enter the name of the staff member in the space provided.
Tap enter or return on your keyboard to add.
Remove Staff:
On the Mail Pickup Staff tab, go to the name of the staff member.
Click β icon to remove a pickup staff member.
