Adjust your preferences and manage user access in your settings.

Settings


To access your Settings:

  1. Go to the User Profile icon πŸ‘€ at the top-right corner.

  2. On the drop-down click Settings.
    ​

On the side menu, you'll find your:

  • mailbox account status.

  • business address with the corresponding PMB number.

  • 1583 form, which you can download.

Company Profile

  • Edit your company details under Company Profile.

Address Book

  • Keep your Address Book up to date by adding your forwarding addresses. These will come in handy when submitting a delivery or forward request.

Mail Managers, Mail Recipients, and Mail Pick Up Staff

As a renter, you can also manage who has access to your mailbox.

  • Invite Mail Managers who can manage settings, use the address and receive mail, submit action requests, invite other users to your mailbox, and pick up mail.

  • Authorize Mail Recipients who can use your address, receive postal mail to your mailbox, and submit action requests.

  • Authorize Mail Pick Up Staff who can pick up your postal mail at its physical address. Pickup staff cannot access a virtual mailbox but can pick up mail on your behalf.

Automations

You can enable certain automatic requests offered by your operator.

  • Open and Scan

  • Leave at Office

  • Recurrent Forward
