Inviting users to a mailbox
Go to the Mailboxes tab on your left-side menu.
Click on the PMB number of the mailbox you want to manage.
On the side window, scroll down to the users section.
Depending on the type of user you want to add, go to the respective Invite New... section of the user, type in the email address (mailbox managers and mailbox recipients) or name (mailbox pickup staff), and hit enter.
