For a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agent) to comply with USPS regulations, the renter must give a CMRA authorization to accept and handle their mail. This CMRA must also verify and confirm a renter's identity to accept their mail.
To complete the process, a renter must provide their CMRA with two IDs and fill out a form (1583 Form).

To sign the form on our mobile app Mailbox by PilotoMail, follow the steps below:
Log in to your account
Enter your Mailbox Provider Name. If you can't find your Mailbox Provider Name, contact your operator.
Type in your login credentials (the same email and password you used to sign up!).
Select the mailbox you want to manage.
Sign 1583 Form
Click the Menu icon ≡ at the top-left corner.
Go to the bottom and click on Sign USPS Form 1583.
On the next page, click Confirm CMRA.
Review the information in the 1583 Form and click Sign at the top-right corner.
On the next page, write your signature and click Sign CMRA.
