If a user forgot their password and can’t sign in to their mailbox, they can request a password reset email following these steps.
User Reset Password
Visit the mailbox login page.
Click Forgot password.
Enter your email.
Click Submit Reset Password Request.
Check your email inbox for an email from [yourspace]@pilotomail.com.
Click the button Reset Your Password to set a new password.
📌 Note: The user needs to have access to the email address associated with their virtual mailbox to reset the password. If they have access but can't find the password reset email, follow our troubleshooting steps with the user.
