Enable Compliance Per Location

Learn how to override compliance settings per location in PilotoMail for flexible, location-specific regulatory control.

Updated this week

PilotoMail allows you to override default tenant-level compliance rules on a per-location basis. This gives you more flexibility to meet local regulations or operational preferences for each space you manage.

When to Use Per-Location Compliance

Use per-location compliance if:

  • You want different grace periods or enforcement levels per location

  • You want to enable or disable follow-up emails independently

  • You want to use a different CMRA agent signature per location (for USPS Form 1583)
