Quarterly CMRA Audit Report

The USPS requires all CMRAs to deliver quarterly reports of their renters.

Updated over a year ago

As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA), one of your responsibilities is to deliver a CMRA report every quarter to your local Postmaster. Quarterly reports are due on January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15. CMRAs must retain the endorsed duplicate copies for at least 6 (six) months after the termination date.

Downloading your CMRA report

One of PilotoMail's features is to facilitate the compliance process, from getting your renters compliant to collecting the necessary documents for your quarterly report.

  1. Go to Mailboxes in your side menu.

  2. Click the Export CMRAs button located on your top right.

  3. Choose the date range you want your CMRAs. Click Export CMRAs when done.

  4. You'll first receive an email from no-reply@pilotomail.com notifying you that your export request is being processed.

  5. Then, you'll receive a second email from no-reply@pilotomail.com notifying you that the request was completed and the download link. Click the Download CMRAs button in the email to download your report.

What to deliver to your Postmaster

Now that you have all the documents needed for the quarterly report, you must prepare it to deliver to your Postmaster.

  1. Collect all of your CMRAs and deliver them to your Postmaster.

πŸ“Œ Note: Postmasters may have different preferred delivery methods. Always confirm with your Postmaster what's their preference.
