If you started using Stripe to bill your renters but then decided to use another platform from our selection (OfficeRnD, DeskWorks, etc.), keep in mind that you need to disable the Stripe integration to prevent double billing to your renters. Check out below how to do this.
Deactivate Stripe Integration
Go to Settings.
Go to the Integrations tab.
On the Stripe section, click Manage Stripe Configuration in the bottom right corner.
Disable the option Bill mailbox renters with Stripe?
Click Save Changes.
