Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Go to Settings
Log in to your PilotoMail operator dashboard
Click Settings in the main navigation
Select Offering
Choose the Plan you want to configure
Step 2: Configure Correspondence Storage Fees
Set up the threshold and fee for regular mail:
Correspondence Threshold: Enter the number of correspondence pieces allowed per month (e.g., 50)
Correspondence Storage Fee: Enter the monthly charge when the threshold is exceeded (e.g., $25)
Step 3: Configure Package Storage Fees
Set up the threshold and fee for packages:
Package Threshold: Enter the number of packages allowed per month (e.g., 10)
Package Storage Fee: Enter the monthly charge when the threshold is exceeded (e.g., $50)
Note: Packages typically have lower thresholds and higher fees because they take up more space in your mailroom.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Review your settings to make sure everything looks correct
Click Save to apply the changes
The new storage fee structure will take effect in the next billing cycle
